Background Checks

All firearm purchases require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a federal NICS background check. No exceptions. We follow all federal and state laws regarding firearm transfers.

Denied Firearm Sales

If your background check comes back denied, a 15% restocking fee based on the pre-tax price of the firearm will apply.

Valid ID Required

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases, pawn transactions, and FFL transfers. You must meet all legal age requirements for the firearm you wish to purchase. The address on your ID must be current — if it is not, you must provide proof of address issued by the State of Florida, such as a vehicle registration, voter registration card, fishing license, hunting license, property tax statement, or similar state-issued document.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds.

Pawn Loan Policy

Pawn loans are short-term collateral loans. Items not redeemed within the loan period become property of the store. Loan terms and interest rates are clearly disclosed at time of transaction.

Layaway Terms

A minimum of 25% must be paid every 30 days, with the balance due within 4 months. Missed payments will result in a defaulted layaway, and all payments made are non-refundable.

No Photography or Video

We ask that no photography or video recording take place inside the store to avoid potential straw sales. This policy helps us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all customers.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
